    I am from Oman ( Arabia) and I can confirm positively this doesn’t happen here. This is ridiculous to look at and a safety hazard.

    Hi Tarek, sorry I can’t comment on your FB posts probabaly because of the limit on followers so here is something I wanna share with you.
    This picture scared me. Let me tell you why,
    https://youtu.be/2QS6MHgo4oE this is a version clipping of a Mumbai day care centre , aaya beating the kid mercilessly, unfortunate parents of the baby happens to be my friends and becasue of the CCTV footage the aaya could be jailed (case is still going on).
    Now imagine this aaya working in burqa, how easy it would have been for her to simply refuse her act in that scenario. By allowing burqa (and all similar things like dedh-haath-ka-ghoonghat) in public places we are leaving a potential loophole in the security system.

    In this age of all public workers encouraged to work with transparency, and increased child safety laws, how can this be even permitted? Just to keep a particular community happy? So bigoted thinking.
